Boutique — Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible boutique purchases within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
All original tags and labels must remain attached.
Items must be free from stains, perfume, makeup, damage, or alterations.
Proof of purchase is required.
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery or purchase.
All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.
If your preferred item is unavailable, we will offer store credit for the eligible returned merchandise.
Store Credit
Store credit is issued for the purchase value of eligible returned merchandise, excluding original shipping charges.
Store credit may be used toward future purchases from ORHLAY.
Store credit will be issued after the returned merchandise has been received and approved.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for exchanges:
Custom-made or personalized garments.
Altered or specially modified clothing.
Clearance merchandise or items on sale.
Worn, washed, or damaged merchandise.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us at orhlay@gmail.com with your order details and photographs.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law.
Consulting Services — Cancellations & Rescheduling
Our consulting services, including Colour Analysis, Image Consulting, Personal Styling, and Wardrobe Makeover, are personalized to each client's individual preferences, lifestyle, and style goals.
The following cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to all consulting services:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment qualify for a full refund.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Missed appointments without prior notice are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Completed consultations and services are non-refundable for a change of mind.
Unused sessions within a service package will be reviewed according to the agreed service terms and applicable law.
If ORHLAY cancels an appointment, clients may choose between rescheduling and receiving a full refund.
Returning Boutique Purchases

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for voluntary returns.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Returns must be approved before store credit or an exchange is processed.
Shipping charges and return arrangements for defective or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
Processing Exchanges, Store Credit & Refunds
Once returned merchandise has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved exchanges and store credits will generally be processed within 10 business days.
Where a monetary refund is applicable, it will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval, or sooner where required by law.
